Tony went up against the ABC licensing board for an administrative hearing last week.

The result? Tony is still in business, license intact, serving up delicious meals to a bustling crowd.

The board has not made a ruling and instead has continued the case to another date, as yet unspecified.

Tony is not only a good friend, and a HEALTHY AMERICAN, but an inspiration to so many!
