Farmer’s Markets are prohibited from discriminating against you

Farmer’s markets fall under the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and therefore are prohibited by law from discriminating against mask-free shoppers. Watch the video below to learn about the federal and state laws that protect your rights. The documents I created and researched are linked below the video. P.S. In the video, I assumed one of the vendors was from another country. I ADMIRE immigrants (and have has thens of thousands as my students over the years) because of their drive to improve their lives; their ability to speak another language, etc. Sadly, the vendor took my comment as an insult, which was the exact point I was making.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR CERTIFIED FARMER’S MARKETS

You can use the documents I’ve created, or adapt them for your use, and/or research the laws in your own state. Research “Farmer’s market, department of food and agriculture” and your state’s name.
